How long does it take to process my order?

It typically takes between 1-7 days to fill an order for shipment.

What are the estimated shipping times?

We ship all orders through USPS so shipping times can vary depending on a variety of circumstances. We cannot guarantee any shipping times but do our best to meet them. Current shipping estimates for North America are 3-10 days. Actual delivery times will depend on the shipping method and any delays experienced by USPS. Items marked “delivered” by USPS are considered delivered for the purposes of refunds and cancellations.

What about customs and import taxes?

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.

What about returns and cancellations?

We gladly accept returns. Please contact us within 3 days of delivery. Items must be shipped back in their original condition within 7 days of delivery. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Cancellations

Please contact us with your request for cancellation within one (1) hour of purchase. Cancellations after that time cannot be guaranteed.

Shipping Address

Buyers are responsible for providing an accurate and up-to-date shipping address. Please contact us within one (1) hour of purchase if there is an issue with the address. Otherwise, we cannot guarantee the correct address. If an item is not delivered to the buyer because of an inaccurate shipping address, a full refund is not guaranteed.
